SUMMARY:E-Motion Movement Based Grief Community
DESCRIPTION:The E-Motion Movement Community is a free 8 week\, in-person group experience for people who are living with a life disrupting loss of a person. It combines movement with intentional grief support with others who get it. Each group is guided by a trained E-Motion facilitator.\nEach week\, the group gathers in a Sacred Circle to connect\, reflect\, then move together. Between gatherings\, participants receive a grief-informed email with a weekly grief concept to consider and move with\, along with a simple\, supportive movement practice to integrate into your week. The Los Angeles group will hike together.
