Yoga is known the calm the nervous system, decrease levels of stress, and boost feel good hormones and endorphins. This healing yoga class led by Lisa Lind will take place in-person at the Forever Footprints office. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water!

We encourage early registration as some of our groups are capped at a specific number of participants. Finally, due to the sensitive nature of these groups, please do not bring children/babies with you to our in-person or virtual groups.
